To ensure your holiday in Upper Bavaria gets off to a relaxing start right from the outset, we have compiled all the key information you need about your stay in our holiday apartments in Oberaudorf. From getting here and what’s provided to practical details – it’s all presented in a concise, clear and easy-to-find format.

Secure parking spaces are available for your car in our spacious underground car park, as well as additional parking facilities right next to the complex.
The visitor's tax is calculated in accordance with local council regulations and is charged separately on arrival. It currently amounts to €2.00 per night per person aged 16 or over.
- For cancellations made up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be credited towards your next stay.
- For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- For cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date, 90% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
Your stay includes a range of amenities, including bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels, as well as electricity, water, heating, a TV and free Wi-Fi.
You also have access to the sauna area, the fitness and table tennis room, the children’s playroom, the playground, the large garden with a sunbathing area, as well as parking spaces and storage facilities for skis and bicycles.
Small dogs are welcome in selected holiday apartments upon request and are charged at €15.00 per day. Please let us know in advance, as we can only accommodate a limited number of dogs.
During your stay, you are welcome to use both the indoor swimming pool and the sauna area.

The opening hours on Sundays and public holidays are as follows:

To ensure you start your day on a high note, we offer a bread roll service (Monday–Saturday). Please place your order at reception by 4 pm.

The reception is open from 7 am to 1 pm, Monday to Saturday. We are also available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3 pm to 5 pm.
